Terms & Conditions – 56php Online Gaming Platform

1General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 56php platform, including all games, betting markets, account features, and support services available at 56php.org. 56php is an online gaming platform operated for players in the Philippines.

By completing the registration process and creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a resident of the Philippines or are legally permitted to access online gaming services, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

3Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP (one-time password) sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

You must not share your login details, password, or OTP with any other person — including family members. 56php will never ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 56php support at [email protected] immediately. 56php applies SSL encryption to all platform data in transit and uses OTP two-factor authentication to protect logins and sensitive account actions.

Any bets or transactions placed using your account credentials — whether by you or by a third party who accessed your account through credentials you shared or failed to protect — are your responsibility.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on 56php — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency is accepted, and no currency conversion applies.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfer through major Philippine banks, and supported local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as funding methods for wagering on 56php.

• Deposits must be made from accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to a verified payment method registered to your account.
• 56php reserves the right to request identity verification or additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.
• Processing times may vary depending on the method selected and standard bank handling periods.

Funds deposited into your 56php account are held for the purpose of gaming on the platform. Interest is not payable on account balances.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

Each game type and betting market on 56php — including slots, live casino, sports betting, fish games, and other available categories — is subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or market in addition to these general terms.

When you place a bet or wager on 56php, you accept the rules and odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Bets confirmed cannot be cancelled after the event or game round has commenced, except in circumstances where 56php determines that a technical error affected the displayed odds or game outcome.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and market. These are displayed within the relevant game interface.
• 56php reserves the right to void bets placed on events that were subject to data errors, clear pricing mistakes, or corrupt information at the time of placement.
• Winnings are credited to your PHP balance immediately upon settlement of a game round or sporting event result.
• In-play and pre-match sports betting markets close at the commencement of the event. Late bets that are accepted in error may be voided.

All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Each game round is independent of all previous results. RTP figures shown on game pages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8Promotions and Bonuses

10Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 56php account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account — after deduction of any amounts affected by ongoing investigations or pending verifications — will be returned to your verified payment method.

56php reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where:

• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 is detected or confirmed.
• Verification documents requested have not been provided within a reasonable period.
• The account is found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age.
• Continued account operation would be inconsistent with 56php's legal or compliance obligations.

Where an account is closed by 56php due to verified prohibited conduct, balances derived from that conduct may be forfeited in whole or in part.

11Limitation of Liability

56php does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 56php's control may result in temporary unavailability of certain features or the platform as a whole.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 56php's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your active 56php account at the time the claim arises. 56php is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages.

Bets that were in progress during a verified platform outage will be reviewed individually. Where a game round or bet cannot be fairly settled due to a technical failure, the stake will be returned to your account.
